Every photo sent to us goes through our upscale and photo enhancement software to ensure high definition finishing.
BACKGROUND:
- We completely and carefully remove the background of the photo (if you want to keep the background just let us know).
- You either request a background color or let our artist pick a color that complements your pet's fur, eye color or outfit. Our artists will change the color of the text and graphics on the design to make sure every element matches with your background choice.
PROOF AND EDITING:
We will send you a copy of the design to review. Please do not hesitate to request as many edits as you would want. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order before printing.

How long will everything take, from ordering to delivery?
- Typically we will have your pet's magazine cover design created within 1-2 days
- Shortly after its created, a copy will be sent to you for approval.
- Upon your approval, it will be immediately sent to print. The printing process will usually take 1-2 business days.
- After that our shipping partners will pickup your order. The shipping time will depend on where you order from.

Where are my prints coming from?
- Your order is printed and shipped from the facility of one of our printing partners located around the world. When you place an order, we select the printing location closest to your delivery address. This method allows us to reduce shipping times and ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality.
- By leveraging local printing services, we're not only able to expedite delivery but also minimize our carbon footprint by reducing the distance packages travel. Rest assured, regardless of where your print is coming from, it will be produced to meet our high-quality standards and handled with the utmost care.
What photos produce the best result?
If you follow ourĀ photo guide you'll have the best chance at producing the best artwork.
Here are some more helpful tips:
- Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting.
- Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet.
- Make sure the photo isn't blurry.
- Make sure no features are out of frame (e.g. ears, feet, tail).
If there are any issues with the photo provided our team will let you know and work swiftly to help improve the quality.
Do you make designs for any kind of pet?
We donāt discriminate, in fact every day we create designs for a whole bunch of different pets. All of our designs can be edited to accommodate for different pets.
Will I see the design before its printed and sent?
- Absolutely! We will email you a copy of your design for approval once its completed.
- NOTE THAT you will have 72hrs to approve or edit your design after which, the design will be auto approved and sent for printing and shipping
Can I use an image with multiple pets in it?
If you have two pets in the one image we will be able to work with this. Just place your order as normal and include both pet names.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee an order placed more than 24 hours ago can be changed.
