The very best portraits are made with photos taken at or below your pet's eye level.
FULL VISIBILITY:
Make sure no important elements are cropped out.

Ensure lighting is good, avoiding strange shadows and flash photography.
HIGH QUALITY:
Avoid low quality and blurred images.

Make sure there is a reasonable amount of contrast between your pet and the background.
Design Process
PHOTO ENHANCEMENT:
Every photo sent to us goes through our upscale and photo enhancement software to ensure high definition finishing.
BACKGROUND:
- We completely and carefully remove the background of the photo (if you want to keep the background just let us know).
- You can either request a background color or let our artist pick a color that complements your pet's fur, eye color or outfit. Our artists will change the color of the text and graphics on the design to make sure every element matches with your background choice.
PROOF AND EDITING:
Not sure if you'll like the background you choose, don't worry. We will send you a copy of the design to review. Please do not hesitate to request as many edits as you would want. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your design before printing.
